Return Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us at cekiizcakes@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Upon receiving your request, we’ll arrange for a return pick-up to collect the item at the earliest.
Return Conditions:
- Return requests should be generated within 24 hours of item delivery.
- We only accept returns on damaged or defective products. No returns will be accepted for issues related to size or quality.
- Please make sure to record a product unboxing video for us to verify the issue and process your return request promptly.
- We will not accept returns of items without the required label or seal.
- Items altered from their original condition or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.
- Products damaged during use are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Note: If the return does not comply with our policy, no replacement or refund will be provided, and we reserve the right to withhold any funds already received.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment.
- For credit card or net banking payments, the refund will be credited to the same account.
