- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days. However, during high-demand periods, processing may take an additional few days.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, which you can use to monitor your shipment’s progress.
- We offer both standard and express shipping services. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team at cekiizcakes@gmail.com.
If your order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Note: Custom or personalized items are non-cancellable once production has started. This includes all custom cakes and designs made specifically for you.
